2. Data we process

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
• Communications: emails or WhatsApp/Instagram messages you send us voluntarily.
• Technical data: when you visit, your browser automatically sends data such as your IP address; our hosting provider processes it to deliver and secure the site. We use no analytics or tracking tools.

We do not process special categories of data through this website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry — consent and/or pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Preparing quotes and delivering contracted services — performance of a contract.
• Site operation and security — legitimate interest.
• Tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.

4. Retention

• Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 months.
• Client data: during the relationship and afterwards for legal periods (generally up to 6 years commercial law, 4 years tax law).

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Providers acting on our behalf (processors):

• Netlify (website hosting and receiving contact form submissions).
• Gmail (receiving and managing email).

Some are located in the US. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing Inovratechbyher@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, restricted access, providers with safeguards).
